Common questions
What guests ask us
If your question isn't here, call reception and we'll answer it ourselves.
Do all twelve rooms have a sea view?
We have twelve rooms in total, nine with sea views over St Ives harbour. The remaining three look towards the town and the coast path.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. We keep dog-friendly rooms for guests travelling with their dog — let us know when you book so we can have the right room ready.
Is the restaurant open to people who aren't staying with you?
Yes, our restaurant is open to non-residents as well as houseguests. Booking a table in advance is the best way to secure a window seat over the harbour.
Is breakfast served every morning?
Breakfast is served each morning in the restaurant, with views out over St Ives harbour.
Is the restaurant open all year?
Our restaurant runs seasonally. Call reception on 01632 960882 to check it's open for the dates you're planning to visit.
Do you host weddings and private celebrations?
Yes, Seabrook House hosts weddings and celebrations above the harbour. Call reception to talk through your day.
What are your reception hours?
Reception is staffed from 7am to 11pm every day. If you're arriving outside these hours, call ahead and we'll arrange it.
Where exactly is Seabrook House?
We're on The Terrace, above St Ives harbour, with the coast path running from our front door.
Can we walk the coast path straight from the hotel?
Yes. The coast path starts right at our front door, so walkers can set out after breakfast and come back for dinner.
How do we book a room or a table?
Call reception on 01632 960882 or send us a note through our contact page, and we'll confirm your room or your table.
Still have a question?
Call reception, open 7am–11pm, or send us a note and we'll reply.
